5 New Indoor Play Spaces for Long Island Kids

As a fall chill fills the air, kids will start turning indoors for fun and games. Let them loose at these new play spaces for indoor enrichment, classes, open play and more. With art, music, sports, dance and other offerings, there's a boredom busting activity that's just right for both your little and big kids.

The 40,000 square-foot facility can hold up to 500 people and boasts wall-to-wall trampolines and multiple jumping areas, including slam duck basketball and dodge ball courts, foam pits, a variety of inflatables, and a one-of-a-kind trampoline bungee jump. There’s even a separate area for younger children (ages 2-6) so parents don’t have to worry about little ones getting knocked down by older kids. The Toddler Bounce is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm.

Perfect for kids ages 6 months-6 years, this new Kidville franchise location offers various enrichment programs and birthday parties. It also offers free trial classes for art, music, dance, gym and sports. Most sessions are 6-8 weeks long. Enroll in any class and you get a free silver membership. Other annual membership levels are also available. Throughout the week, the location offers the indoor space for open play, where kids can run, climb, jump and more.

This indoor go-kart racing park lets up to 10 child and adult drivers at a time compete in side-by-side racing on two separate, quarter-mile tracks. Kids must be at least 48 inches tall (usually 8 to 11 years old) to race.
