The fun-filled community event Kites for Kids takes place along Main Beach. Purchase a kite kit, decorated it and watch it fly in the sky.

This event benefits the Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center. The EWECC is the only licensed non-profit childcare center on Eastern Long Island addressing the critical need for affordable all-day childcare and high-quality early education. Fundraising is how we keep fees affordable.
