Enjoy a nature walk and scavenger hunt (weather permitting) around the Nassau County Museum of Art, followed by a family art-making experience at the Manes Center. 

Learn about seeds, cones, and preservation as we explore the unique qualities of our 145-acre nature preserve. Then, create your own sustainable masterpiece using recycled materials.

Sessions: 

  • Session I: 11 am – 12:30pm
  • Session II: 1 – 2:30pm
