Reenactors engage visitors at the award-winning World War II encampment inside Old Bethpage Village Restoration.

Presented by The Museum of American Armor and the Nassau County Department of Parks, Recreation and Museum, American armor will be confronted by a replica German Tiger tank during the weekend’s presentation. Also on display will be half tracks, armored cars and artillery in field exercises that recall an era when freedom faced a mortal threat. A halftrack experience will also be offered to visiting families.
