Family Salt Marsh Exploration - Southampton. At Munn Point, a nature educator from the South Fork Natural History Museum will guide families on a hike.

The Doubtful Sprout - Sag Harbor. Live puppet show at Goat on a Boat Puppet Theatre.

Children's Art Show - Quogue. Children are invited to exhibit their work on the village green for all to see.

The Gingerbread Man Loose in School - East Northport. At Barnes & Noble, enjoy an animated book reading. Free.

Inbeon Con - Rockville Centre. Long Island's Comic Con created for artists, this will be at Molloy College.

Kids on Canvas - Oyster Bay. At Planting Fields, kids can create a canvas masterpiece with the help of Abrakadoodle.

Long Island Live Steamers - Brookhaven. Ride-on trains at this woodsy railroad adventure geared towards children.

Bizzydoo Kids Fest - Melville. Bouncy houses, face painting, arts & crafts, character visits. Learn about fun things to do on Long Island with kids.

Sensory Garden Sundays - Oyster Bay. At Planting Fields Arboretum, children will have the opportunity to see, taste, touch, smell and listen to the wonders of the sensory garden. Free.

Summer Sundays - Brookhaven. At Brookhaven National Lab, tour the world-class facilities, attend an array of dynamic science talks and participate in special activities each week on Sundays in the summer. Free.

Polo in the Park - Bethpage. Take in a polo match and some family fun at Bethpage State Park.

Sunday Kids Clubs - East Hampton. Visit Hampton Kids for a mini camp on Sundays. Snacks, arts, lunch, games and bouncy houses.

Family Sundays at the Museum - Roslyn. Families can attend a day of festivities and activities at the Nassau County Museum of Art.
